Event Details

Tai Chi for Arthritis is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance, enhance flexibility and balance, and reduce falls. Enjoy the cultivation of a calm and relaxed body, mind and spirit. Learn six basic movements, warm ups and cool down exercises over this 16 course series.  

You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.
