A weekly in-person class which will get you moving while also teaching you techniques to help you bring yourself greater inner peace.
You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.
Riverhead Library card holders only.
September and October in-person Chair Yoga classes will be conducted at the Family Community Life Center at the First Baptist Church of Riverhead.
