Event Details
A weekly class to get you moving and grooving. Irina will lead you weekly with up-beat music, and movement that can be done or modified for all levels of fitness.
You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time. The Zoom link will be sent to your email in the event reminder and will be the same for the duration of the 8 week series.
