Suffolk County and its community partners will discuss the New York State Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) including who is eligible, how to apply and what benefits can be expected if approved for ERAP funding. Information will be geared towards both tenants and landlords. Representatives will also provide information on the NYS eviction moratorium and what to expect when the moratorium ends on January 15th, 2021. There will be an opportunity for a brief Q&A and contact information will be provided if attendees have further questions after the webinar.
