Learn to be Tobacco Free is a program offered by the Suffolk County Office of Health Education. This program is based on the CDC’s Clinical Practice Guidelines for treating nicotine dependence. Those who use all forms of tobacco products (including cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and chew tobacco) are welcome, and will also find the program beneficial.
