A workout class on Tuesdays and Thursdays which will leave you feeling energized. Suitable for all levels and ranges of motion. You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.

Get some fresh air and stretch your legs on an approximately 2-3 mile walk. Register to receive the location each week. Some locations may charge a parking fee, for which you will be responsible.

Completing this course may save up to 10% on your insurance and reduce up to 4 points from your driving record. This is a 1 day, 6-hour course with a 30-minute lunch break included. A snack, beverage, and sweater are recommended.
