A workout class on Tuesdays and Thursdays which will leave you feeling energized. Suitable for all levels of a range of motion. You will be registered for the series when you register for the first time.

McGuire's Hearing Centers staff will provide free hearing screenings and video otoscopy. No registration required.

Certified instructor, Theresa Markel, will guide you through movements that will aid in arthritis pain management and assist in the prevention of falls. 

Practice conversational Spanish with Jennie Locicero. Some familiarity with Spanish is helpful.
