While at the grocery store, do you ever wonder where the produce is coming from, when it was picked and how far did it have to travel to get to you? Learn how to eat more seasonally to ensure your fruits and vegetables have greater nutrition, taste better and are more cost effective. Education will include the fruits/vegetables most readily available by season.
