Based on the true events that follow sixteen year old Jaime who just wants to escape the violence and hopelessness that surrounds him in the small northern Adelaide suburb where he lives with his mother, two brothers and his mother's new boyfriend. When Jaime joins his mother's boyfriend and his group of self-appointed neighborhood watchmen, what should have been a group to help the community soon leads to a spree of torture and murder.
