Endometriosis is a distressing and debilitating medical condition that causes painful menstrual cramps and heavy or irregular periods and can sometimes affect fertility. An estimated 10% of women between the ages of 15 and 45 may be impacted by Endometriosis.
Dr. Jennifer. M. Blaber, a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon and Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stony Brook Medicine, will explain the possible causes, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options which can provide relief for many women.
